Welcome to Whiffe Smelle Shoppe. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products through it. By using our website and purchasing products, you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

We strive to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, slight variations in color and scent may occur due to the handmade nature of our candles. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

• Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
• Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay and other payment options. All prices are listed in USD $.
• Pricing Errors: In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or correct orders at our discretion.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the order.
• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and your location.
• International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping but we are looking to offer it soon.
• Lost/Damaged Items: We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. However, if such issues arise, please contact us at "Questions@Whiffe.com". Please leave a brief description of the problem in the subject line and a detailed description if needed in the email itself and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

• Returns: Returns are handled by contacting "Questions@Whiffe.com". If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 5 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.  
• Non-Returnable Items: Burnt, previously melted, customized or sale items are non-returnable unless defective.
• Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
• Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us directly at "Questions@Whiffe.com". After this window, orders may not be canceled as they may already be in production or shipped.

All content on our website, including images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Whiffe LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without permission.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Your personal information is kept secure and will not be shared with anyone other than what is needed to  facilitate your candle shopping experience and transactions. Whiffe LLC is not in the data collection business and has no intention to be.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nevada.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
